When you have decided to go through proper detoxing program you should first count how much time, effort and money you want to spend for it.
During our life we often spend a huge amount of money on unhealthy food, alcohol, cigaters, or drugs. We don´t mind to spend huge money on our car, but invest something in ourselves can be somethimes quitte chalenging.
And when we really want to change our life and go forward to bright life, we should invest our money in something what gives life and vitality.
Fortunately nature provide detoxing procedures even for free, such as fast or urine therapy etc.
First step - cleaning of councesness
Before we start with deep detox of body is good to clean our concesness. Most of trouble we have are in our concesness and then they materialise in physical body. Even things like kidney stones have mental character.
In our mind is a lot of blockades taking huge amount of our energy. We need to release it and use that energy for our life.
Very effective way how to release it is breathing.
There is one very good way of breathing which can clear our mind, step by step.
You have to sit down in chair, comfortably for about 2 hours.
Then you start to breath only by nose, focus on breath in and immediately let the breath go out without gap. Feel release with every breath out. Breath slowly and gently, you must not breath strongly.
You bring much more energy in your energetic system and this energy makes a lot of work, you may feel a lot of sensations, but don't pay too much atention to it, just continue breathing.
After two hours your mind should feel much softer.
You should continue with this exercise as long as you feel some hardness in your mind.
Step two - colon cleaning
A lot of illnesses are comming from dirty colon. Then most important for beginning is to take a care of our colon.
First of all we should stop eating gluten flour and eat enough fibre from vegetable.
Then you need anema, on beginning every day, latter twice a week should be enough.
If you do anema too much, your collon could be too lazy.
The most suitable for anema is lemon juice, aple cider vinegar or urine.
Then apply with luke warm watter, about 2 litres. Be sure you have time to release the watter or you could have troubles in morning buss...
Step 3 - liver flush
There is more ways how to do liver flush, you can check google and see which one is best for you.
I would recommend easy one, works well.
When your colon is clean enough, then you should eat for three days in best case only apples...if that is not in your powers then eat only fruit and veggie and drink apple cider vinegar mixed with watter in comfortable way.
After three days have one day only on apple juice.
In the evening (around 6.30 pm) make an anema and than take very hot bath .
At 7 pm you have to be ready for liver flush.
What do you need?
Buy rubber bottle, the one used to heat the body, fill it with hot watter.
Make 3 dcl of lemon juice and mix it with 3 dcl of best olive oil you can get, of course must be extra virgin...do not save money on it.
Some people advise mix it in blender, I would not recommend it, because it tastes terrible. I felt to vomit then I have done that.
At 7 pm you start with drinking that juice whilst lying on right side of body, with hot bottle on the area of liver.
YOU MUST NOT MOVE OR STEND UP. It would not be dangerous, but it may affect the proces.
What happen is, that there is a small "door" between liver and colon which is always small and the stones can not come out. Due to heat it gets open and stones can move to colon and be removed. The juice makes them soft and probably it can even create a new soft stones from liquid inpurities but this is only my theory.
From 7 pm till 9 pm is low activity of liver and untill 9 pm all juice should be finished, but it is best if you stay lying on the side with warm botlle untill 1 am.
In the morning you have to make an anema and see what came out. Make another one evening at 7 pm. Ussually you will see something evening.
But many people for first time can not see anything. It is normal. Just try it again.
On beginning it should be done 4x a year, next year 2x and after it just once a year should be enough.
It really helps to make you feel stronger, younger, more vital and healthy.
Liver is a huge body factory and it deserves to get proper cleaning. Do not make storage house from that.

Detoxing
Detoxing is very important part of healing procces, but also helps to achieve happy and long life.
If your body is full of toxins, you are very tired, and imunite system does not work very well.
When you get rid of toxins, at least part of it, you feel much ligther, vital,and stronger.
Toxic body is very acidic and it is cause of all illnesses.(of course toxicity is caused also by the way as we think and feel, not everything is about food)
Direct way out of that is to get alcalic body and do detox.
There is more ways which works well for detoxing.
Fast is most powerfull way how to detox body, you will not find faster way.
Fast on juices works also very well, mainly green juices, and it is much easier to manage mentaly.
Raw food diet is very good for long term detox.
Wheatgrass therapy works very well for detoxing, even if you have standard diet, of course with raw food diet works best.
Using colon therapy, mainly with medicinal mushrooms, urine, kombucha etc.
Clean colon is basic of health.
MMS drops provide very powerfull detox, and is able to remove all patogens.
Oxygen is alcalic, so deep breathing helps to detox body.
Yoga or sport activities are also very important part of detoxing program. Toxins must be melted by raw food and good drinks and squeezed out by sport.
